CUPE’s Moral High Ground – Picket line at Abused Women’s Shelter
Maybe it’s just me, but setting up a picket line directly in front of the entrance of Robertson House, a city run shelter for abused women and their children just strikes me as a new low in union tactics. And then to hand out literature on the picket line suggesting all you want is a ‘fair deal’ takes a special kind of arrogance.
No matter how I look at it; I cannot understand why CUPE thinks they have the moral high ground on this picket line.
