Naps
I have a about 12 posts in various stages of readiness to post and not enough time to finish any of them. I have 193 unread email and over 300 potential spam emails telling me my great need for viagra – no doubt all in Russian too. Even as I am writing this I have 2 minutes before I have to be out the door for another day with my nose to the proverbial grindstone. I just don’t understand why 24 hours is never enough time in my day to finish much of anything. I have drawings, writings, dishes, and sewing all left undone. Why everyone else manages to accomplish more in any given day than I can manage is beyond my ability to understand right now. I blame sleep. If I didn’t need to sleep I could get so much more done or if even my employer would demand we all take a nap from – say 2:00pm to 4:00pm then I might manage to get something done. Since we have laws about pretty much everything understand why is there no law prohibiting a lack of naps in the workplace? I blame the Commies with all their slogans about the joy of work…and those who don’t work, don’t eat.
